Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients:
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Finely chopped walnuts 1 cup
- Raspberry jam 1 bottle
- Pineapple cubes 1 tin
- Biscuits 1 packet
- Raspberry jelly packet
- Fresh cream 2 packet
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
Method:
- Put milk in sugar in pot and boil it on low flame.
- Dissolve corn flour in little water, put in pot, stir in with wooden spoon and make custard.
- Then spread custard in wide dish and make layer of custard.
- Now dissolve raspberry jelly in hot water and set it.
- Then put raspberry jam and jelly on custard.
- Then put walnuts and pineapple cubes.
- Now make second layer of custard and biscuits like this.
- Then put fresh cream, walnuts, jam, jelly and pineapple, refrigerate and serve chill.
Biscuit Pudding is delicious dessert. It is prepared in layers of custard & biscuits and topped with walnuts, jam, cream & jelly.
