Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Finely chopped walnuts 1 cup
  • Raspberry jam 1 bottle
  • Pineapple cubes 1 tin
  • Biscuits 1 packet
  • Raspberry jelly packet
  • Fresh cream 2 packet
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put milk in sugar in pot and boil it on low flame.
  2. Dissolve corn flour in little water, put in pot, stir in with wooden spoon and make custard.
  3. Then spread custard in wide dish and make layer of custard.
  4. Now dissolve raspberry jelly in hot water and set it.
  5. Then put raspberry jam and jelly on custard.
  6. Then put walnuts and pineapple cubes.
  7. Now make second layer of custard and biscuits like this.
  8. Then put fresh cream, walnuts, jam, jelly and pineapple, refrigerate and serve chill.

Biscuit Pudding is delicious dessert. It is prepared in layers of custard & biscuits and topped with walnuts, jam, cream & jelly.
