Ingredients:

  • Gelatin 1/2 tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Coffee powder 2 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put water in saucepan, sprinkle gelatin and leave it until soft.
  2. Then add condensed milk and coffee, do medium flame and whisk continuously so that coffee dissolves.
  3. Now remove from stove and cool it.
  4. Then beat cream in other bowl and mix with coffee mixture.
  5. Now put mixture into glasses and chill.

Coffee Chiffon is wonderful dessert. It is prepared with few ingredients. It is simple & easy recipe to make/
