Coffee Chiffon

Ingredients:
- Gelatin 1/2 tsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup
- Coffee powder 2 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put water in saucepan, sprinkle gelatin and leave it until soft.
- Then add condensed milk and coffee, do medium flame and whisk continuously so that coffee dissolves.
- Now remove from stove and cool it.
- Then beat cream in other bowl and mix with coffee mixture.
- Now put mixture into glasses and chill.
