Fish Burger

Ingredients:

  • Bun 4
  • Fish boneless 300 gm
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 4
  • White vinegar 2-3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Ice berg or Lettuce as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut fish into cubes.
  2. Then marinate with vinegar, salt, black pepper and red chili powder.
  3. Now coat with corn flour and dip in eggs.
  4. Then coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in pan and deep fry fish.
  6. Now toast bun slightly.
  7. Then keep fish on lower part of bun.
  8. Now make mayonnaise and mustard paste, put on fish and keep ice berg or lettuce.
  9. Then keep upper part of bun and serve it.

Fish Burger is delicious burger. The bun is marinated, coated with bread crumbs and deep fried. It is stuffed with mayonnaise & ice berg in buns. It is served with sauce and french fries.
