Chicken Sizzler With Garlic Rice

Ingredients:
- Chicken cubes 300 gm
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
For Sauce:
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Red chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
- Green onion 2 slice
- Capsicum 2 slice
For Batter:
- Egg 1
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Salt 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Sweet sauce 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with vinegar, salt, black pepper and soya sauce.
- Now make batter of egg, flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, red chilies,, mayonnaise, sweet sauce and vinegar.
- Then dip chicken in batter and deep fry until golden.
- Now keep it aside.
- For sauce: Heat oil, put garlic with soya sauce, red chili garlic sauce and crushed red chilies, cook for 2 minutes and put 1 cup water.
- When it boils and add corn flour to thick sauce.
- Then put capsicum and green onion for assemble.
- Now put boiled rice on sizzler.
- Put chicken and sauce.
- Garnish with rice and mayonnaise sauce and serve.
Chicken Sizzler With Garlic Rice is amazing & delicious dish. It is served in restaurants. Chicken is marinated with soya sauce, dipped in mayonnaise mixture and served with rice.
