Ingredients:

  • Bat (ojhri) boiled 1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Fenugreek 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Onion 4
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Fry onion in clay pot (handi) until brown, take it out and grind finely with tomatoes.
  2. Put ginger garlic, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, small cardamom, fenugreek, salt and bay leaves.
  3. Then add boiled bat and roast it nicely.
  4. Now put yogurt and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  5. When gravy is thick, put green chilies and coriander leaves and close stove.
