Akhrot Ka Halwa

Ingredients:
- Walnut 1 cup
- Khoya 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk powder 2 cups
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Green cardamom 8
- Ghee or oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Grind cardamom with sugar finely.
- Mix milk with sugar in pot, cook until thick and low flame.
- Heat ghee in second pot, put cardamom, when aroma comes, add khoya, walnut and milk powder and roast it.
- When khoya, walnut and milk powder are combined, put cooked milk and cook on low flame.
- When milk dries, roasted with halwa, mixed nicely, dish out it and serve.
Akhrot Ka Halwa is delicious halwa. It is other variation of halwa. It is eaten in winter season. You must try this halwa.
