Handi Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Onion 1
  • Lemons 2
  • Bread slices 2
  • Finely chopped green chilies 3
  • Whole green chilies 3
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1/2 tbsp
  • Dry milk 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix bread slice medium part, roasted gram flour, chopped green chilies and salt and grind in chopper.
  2. Now add egg, knead it nicely, make small kabab like seekh kabab and deep fry on low flame.
  3. When golden brown, take it out.
  4. Put oil and onion in handi or pot and fry onion until light pink.
  5. Then add tomatoes, red chilies, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt and green chilies and cook it.
  6. When water dries, roast it slightly and spread fried kabab.
  7. Put lemon juice and coriander leaves and simmer it on low flame.
  8. After 10 minutes, serve delicious handi kabab with hot naan or parathay.

Handi Kabab is wonderful & delicious kabab. It is little bit spicy dish. It is served with naan or parathay.
