Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Lemons 2
- Finely chopped green chilies 3
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Parathay:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Oil or Ghee as required
- Maida 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put mince, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and salt in pot and fry with oil.
- When it cools, mix onion and lemon juice.
- Mix salt in flour and knead it.
- Then make balls, roll like roti and spread mince.
- Then roll second roti, keep on it and close edges with wet maida.
- Then roast it nicely with oil or ghee on tawa.
Keema Paratha is delicious paratha. Mince is stuffed in paratha and served with raita.
