Coffee Mousse Bites

Ingredients:

  • Coffee powder 2 tsp
  • Chocolate sponge cake as required
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • White chocolate chopped 1 cup
  • Cream 1-1/2 cups
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat cream in pan till warm.
  2. Add white chocolate and stir till chocolate melts.
  3. Set aside in bowl and let mixture cool down to room temperature.
  4. Mix coffee powder with 1-2 tbsp hot water in bowl.
  5. Cut chocolate sponge cake into different shapes with cookie cutter.
  6. Add coffee decoction to chocolate mixture and mix.
  7. Fold in whipped cream.
  8. Put mixture into piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe out rosettes over dark sponge pieces.
  9. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.

Coffee Mousse Bites is delicious, amazing and little bit different dessert. Mixture is prepared of white chocolate & coffee and topped on sponge cake pieces.
