Coffee Mousse Bites

Ingredients:
- Coffee powder 2 tsp
- Chocolate sponge cake as required
- Cream 1/2 cup
- White chocolate chopped 1 cup
- Cream 1-1/2 cups
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Method:
- Heat cream in pan till warm.
- Add white chocolate and stir till chocolate melts.
- Set aside in bowl and let mixture cool down to room temperature.
- Mix coffee powder with 1-2 tbsp hot water in bowl.
- Cut chocolate sponge cake into different shapes with cookie cutter.
- Add coffee decoction to chocolate mixture and mix.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Put mixture into piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe out rosettes over dark sponge pieces.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
Coffee Mousse Bites is delicious, amazing and little bit different dessert. Mixture is prepared of white chocolate & coffee and topped on sponge cake pieces.
