Ingredients:

  • Bitter gourd 1/2 kg
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Oil 2 cups
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder as required
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, fry bitter gourd and take it out.
  2. Heat 1/2 cup oil in other pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chili powder, whole all spice, coriander powder and turmeric and rotas it.
  3. Then add mince and roast more for 5 minutes.
  4. When oil separates from oil, add tamarind pulp, fried bitter gourd and fried onion, add green chilies and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  5. Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
