Curry Soup

Ingredients:
- Mutton bones 500 gm
- Onion 1
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Tomato 1
- Ginger 1
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Cloves 2
- Cinnamon 1
- Green cardamom 1
- Whole black pepper 6
- Tara garam masala 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, fry mutton bones with vegetables, put all masalay, add 6 cups water and cook on low flame for 1 hour.
- Then put gram flour and yogurt, thick it, cook more for 5 minutes and serve.
