Cheese Crackers

Ingredients:

  • Butter 1 oz
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Water 1-2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Beat butter, add flour, salt and cheese and make dough with water.
  2. Now put oregano, roll thinly and cut into square pieces.
  3. Bake in greased tray on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  4. Take out on wire rack, cool for 5 minutes and serve with soup.

Cheese Crackers is amazing dish. The flavor of cheese is wonderful. It is served as soup. You can serve it as snack.
