Ingredients:

For Chicken Patties:

  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

For Smoke House Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • HP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp

For Assemble:

  • Burger buns 3
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Chicken salami 3 slices
  • Cheese slice 3
  • French fries for serving
  • Onion rings 6-8

Method:

  1. For chicken patties: Mix garlic powder, black pepper, onion, corn flour, water, chicken powder and salt in chicken mince and chop in chopper until smooth.
  2. For smoke house sauce: Mix all ingredients.
  3. For assemble: Fried chicken patties.
  4. Fry chicken salami slightly in butter and toast burger buns.
  5. Now spread smoky house sauce on buns and keep patties and salami.
  6. Then keep cheese and onion rings, put more sauce on top and cover with second pieces of bun.
