Stir Fried Vegetables

Ingredients:
- Mixed vegetables 250 gm
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Olives 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
- Heat olive oil in pan and fry onion and garlic.
- When onion is brown, add tomatoes, mix vegetables, olives, red chili, black pepper and soya sauce and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Then take out in serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
