Fish Kofta Pulao

Ingredients:
- Boneless fish fillet 200 gm
- Rice 1-1/2 cups
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion slice 2
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Cloves 7-8
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves 16-18
- Lemon chili pickle 2 tbsp
- Chicken stock 3 cups
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add cumin, cloves and onion and saute for 1 minutes.
- Now grind fish fillet with salt, coriander leaves and lemon chili pickle and make smooth paste.
- Now add rice and toss it.
- Then add chicken stock and cook it.
- Now divide fish mixture into equally portions and shape them into small balls of koftay.
- Then put koftay in pan and mix it.
- Now put remaining lemon chili pickle and salt and mix it nicely.
- Then cover it, cook on low flame until rice is fully cooked and serve hot.
