Chicken Steak

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 300 gm
- Crushed black pepper 2-3 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Red vine vinegar 1/2 cup
- Garlic chopped 5-6 cloves
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Butter 3-4 tbsp
- Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
- Mixed vegetables as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Keep steak on cooking board, put black pepper and salt and press with hands.
- Now put butter and olive oil in frying pan, put pepper steak, cook on both sides on medium flame, take it out and keep it aside.
- Then put vinegar in pan and cook it little.
- Now put cream, butter and garlic and cook more on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Now add salt, mix it nicely and sauce is ready.
- For vegetables:
- Put vegetables in pan, add butter, black pepper, salt and oil and cook it.
- When vegetables tender, keep steak in sizzling platter.
- Then put vegetables and sauce and serve.
Chicken Steak is delicious dish. Chicken is cooked in butter & served in sizzler with red vine vinegar sauce & vegetables. Make it at home easily.
