Crispy Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Samosa wraps 3-4
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Finely chopped green chilies 3-4
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Finely chopped green onion 1-2
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mash potatoes.
  2. Now add mash potatoes, garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, green onion, red chilies, cumin, all spice, black pepper and salt in mixing bowl and make balls.
  3. Then chop samosa wraps.
  4. Beat eggs.
  5. Now heat oil in pan.
  6. Dip balls in eggs, then coat with wraps, fry it, take it out and dish out it.
  7. Then garnish with salad leaves and serve with ketchup.

Crispy Fried Potatoes is wonderful dish. It is prepared with different style. Balls is prepared of potatoes mixture, dipped in eggs and coated with samosa wraps. Deep fried and served with sauce.
