Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 3-4
  • Meat 250 gm
  • Green chilies 7-8
  • Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs as required

Method:

  1. Put meat, vinegar, green chilies, ginger garlic and salt in pot and cook meat.
  2. When meat tender, shred it.
  3. Now boil potatoes separately.
  4. When it tender, cool it and peel it.
  5. Now put potatoes, green chilies and coriander leaves in meat.
  6. Now make kabab of it, coat with eggs and bread crumbs and fry it.

Resha Kabab is delicious & amazing kabab. The coating is crunchy. It is prepared with meat & potatoes. You can add more vegetables.
