Ingredients:
- Potatoes 3-4
- Meat 250 gm
- Green chilies 7-8
- Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves as required
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs as required
Method:
- Put meat, vinegar, green chilies, ginger garlic and salt in pot and cook meat.
- When meat tender, shred it.
- Now boil potatoes separately.
- When it tender, cool it and peel it.
- Now put potatoes, green chilies and coriander leaves in meat.
- Now make kabab of it, coat with eggs and bread crumbs and fry it.
Resha Kabab is delicious & amazing kabab. The coating is crunchy. It is prepared with meat & potatoes. You can add more vegetables.
