Mooli Ka Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Radish grated 2
  • Finely chopped green chilies 2
  • Finely chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1/2 tbsp
  • Maida as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix pomegranate seeds, red chilies, salt, mint leaves and green chilies in radish and leave it for a while.
  2. Add salt in flour and knead it.
  3. Now make 1 ball, roll like roti and spread radish mixture.
  4. Spread maida on all sides.
  5. Then roll second roti, keep it, close sides and fry on hot tawa with butter.

Mooli Ka Paratha is delicious & common paratha is Pakistan. It is prepared in same method as aloo ka paratha.
