Mooli Ka Paratha

Ingredients:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Radish grated 2
- Finely chopped green chilies 2
- Finely chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1/2 tbsp
- Maida as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix pomegranate seeds, red chilies, salt, mint leaves and green chilies in radish and leave it for a while.
- Add salt in flour and knead it.
- Now make 1 ball, roll like roti and spread radish mixture.
- Spread maida on all sides.
- Then roll second roti, keep it, close sides and fry on hot tawa with butter.
Mooli Ka Paratha is delicious & common paratha is Pakistan. It is prepared in same method as aloo ka paratha.
