Creamy Saucy Pasta

Ingredients:

• Chicken breast 1
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
• Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
• Green capsicum slice 1/2
• Red capsicum slice 1/2
• Mushroom slice 4
• Boiled fettuccine pasta 3 cups

For White Sauce:

• Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
• Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
• Butter 3 tbsp
• Maida 3 tbsp
• Stock 1 cup
• Milk 2 cups
• Salt 1 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• Chicken powder 1 tsp

Method:

1. For sauce: Mix all ingredients and cook it.
2. Now fold red capsicum, green capsicum, mushrooms and pasta in white sauce.
3. Then take out in platter, keep chicken slice, garnish with parsley and serve with garlic bread.
4. For chicken: Marinate chicken with all ingredients, fry in 2 tbsp oil and cut into long strips.
