Ingredients:
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Mint paste 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 3-4
- Onion 1
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry onion and garlic slightly.
- Then put all ingredients in blender and make paste with water as required.
- Then put in serving bowl and serve.
Khatta Meehta Raita is amazing dish. It is prepared with yogurt & vegetables and served with biryani.
