Prawns Wonton

Ingredients:

  • Roll wraps as required
  • Prawns 250 gm
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Green onion 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut prawns, garlic, capsicum and green onion into finely.
  2. Now put vinegar, soya sauce, salt and black pepper and mix it.
  3. Then cut roll wraps into 4 pieces and fill 1 tbsp mixture.
  4. Now beat eggs, spread on roll wraps and close like potli.
  5. Then fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Prawns Wonton is prepared is same method as other wontons. Prawn is used instead of chicken. It is served in parties in Pakistan. Try this wontons at home.
