Beef Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Beef 12 kg
  • Lemons 2
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped tomatoes 4
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put beef pieces, yogurt, red chili powder, salt, all spice powder and ginger garlic paste in wok and cook it.
  2. Now mix coriander, cumin and black pepper and grind it.
  3. When water of meat dries, add tomatoes, grinded coriander, cumin, black pepper and little oil and roast it.
  4. Then put ginger, lemon juice, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve hot.

Beef Karahi is tasty & delicious dish. It is common street food in Pakistan. Add some more green chilies to make it spicy. Served with raita and hot naan.
