Beef Karahi

Ingredients:
- Beef 12 kg
- Lemons 2
- Finely chopped green chilies 4
- Chopped tomatoes 4
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Whole coriander 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put beef pieces, yogurt, red chili powder, salt, all spice powder and ginger garlic paste in wok and cook it.
- Now mix coriander, cumin and black pepper and grind it.
- When water of meat dries, add tomatoes, grinded coriander, cumin, black pepper and little oil and roast it.
- Then put ginger, lemon juice, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve hot.
Beef Karahi is tasty & delicious dish. It is common street food in Pakistan. Add some more green chilies to make it spicy. Served with raita and hot naan.
