Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Whole wheat flour 1 cups
  • Oats 1 cup
  • Baking powder 3 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Vegetables 3 cups
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Basil 1 tsp
  • Chopped sun dried tomatoes 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Grated cheese 1-1/2 cup
  • Milk 1.2 cups
  • Melted butter 60 gm

Method:

  1. Put vegetables, cheese and flour in big bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now whisk milk and eggs together and add melted butter.
  3. Now put in flour mixture and mix it nicely.
  4. Now put mixture in muffin tray, keep in oven and bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes or till golden brown.

Oat Veggie Muffins is healthy muffin. Whole wheat flour, cheese, oats & vegetables are used in this recipe. You must try this muffin.
