Oat Veggie Muffins

Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Baking powder 1 tbsp
- Whole wheat flour 1 cups
- Oats 1 cup
- Baking powder 3 tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vegetables 3 cups
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Basil 1 tsp
- Chopped sun dried tomatoes 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Grated cheese 1-1/2 cup
- Milk 1.2 cups
- Melted butter 60 gm
Method:
- Put vegetables, cheese and flour in big bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now whisk milk and eggs together and add melted butter.
- Now put in flour mixture and mix it nicely.
- Now put mixture in muffin tray, keep in oven and bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes or till golden brown.
Oat Veggie Muffins is healthy muffin. Whole wheat flour, cheese, oats & vegetables are used in this recipe. You must try this muffin.
