Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Hot sauce 2 tbsp

For Buffalo Sauce:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Hot sauce 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 1 tbsp
  • Ice berg lettuce 1 cup
  • Tomato 1
  • Jalapeno slice 4-6
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp

For Tortillas Warp:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Lukewarm water to knead

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic, corn flour and hot sauce.
  2. Now roll in maida and deep fry in pan.
  3. Put chicken breast in sauce, cut into strips, fill in tortillas and serve.
  4. For tortillas: Knead flour, baking powder, oil and salt with lukewarm water.
  5. Now roll in dinner roll size and grill on tawa.
  6. For sauce: Mix all ingredients and cook it.

Buffalo Wrap is amazing dish. It is similar dish to shawarma. Chicken is marinated, dipped in sauce and stuffed in tortillas.
