Ingredients:
- Pasanday 1/2 kg
- Lemons 2
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed ginger 2 tbsp
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Bihari masala 3 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash pasanday nicely, hammer it.
- Then marinate with papaya paste, red chili powder, bihari masala, ginger, yogurt, salt, lemon juice and black pepper and leave it for a while.
- Now heat little oil in frying pan and fry pasanday.
- When water of pasanday from both sides and golden brown, serve it with onion rings, tamarind chutney, mint leaves and green chilies.
Bihari Pasanday is wonderful dish. Pasanday is marinated & fries. It is served with naan & chutney.
