Palak Mash Ki Daal

Ingredients:
- Spinach 1 kg
- Mash daal 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Garlic cloves 6
- Whole red chilies 10
- Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash mash daal with lukewarm water and soak it.
- Now wash finely chopped spinach and soak with turmeric.
- Then mix daal and spinach and cook on low flame.
- When daal tender, crush it lightly, put salt, red chilies, ginger and butter and cook again for 10 minutes.
- Then heat oil and butter, fry garlic until golden brown and put bhagar on daal.
- Serve it with hot hot chapati
