Fish In Lemon Honey Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Fish cubes 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • Mustard as required
  • Flour for coating
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili slice 3
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
  • Onion cubes 1 cup
  • Dark soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Green onion 2
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok.
  2. Now marinate fish with salt, black pepper and mustard.
  3. Then coat with flour, dip in eggs and then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Now fry fish cubes one by one until golden.
  5. Then heat oil in pan, add garlic and saute it.
  6. Then add onion cubes and saute it.
  7. Then add soya sauce and red chili and mix it.
  8. Then take out cubes from wok, dry it, add in pan and mix it nicely.
  9. Then add green onion, lemon juice, honey and salt and mix it nicely.
  10. Now keep on serving plate and serve hot.

Fish In Lemon Honey Sauce is delicious & crispy fish dish. Its coating is fresh & amazing. It is served in soya sauce.
