Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • Maida 1-1/2 cup
  • Coco powder 1/3 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Eggs 2
  • Cream cheese 200 gm
  • Creamy peanut butter 7 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 1/3 cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp

For Frosting:

  • Cream 1/2 packet
  • Grated chocolate 1 cup

Method:

  1. For first batter: Mix maida, coco powder, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl.
  2. Now add vinegar, water, salt and vanilla and beat on low flame.
  3. For second batter: Add cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, icing sugar and eggs in other bowl and beat on low flame for 1 minute.
  4. Now add sugar, beat more and fold chocolate chips.
  5. Now put 1 tsp first batter and 1 tsp second batter in cupcake lines, put frosting and bake on 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes is yummy & wonderful cupcakes. The flavor of peanut butter is amazing.
