Mustard Beef Burger

Ingredients:

  • Undercut beef 1/2 kg
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Ginger 1
  • Green chilies 15
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion slice 1
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom 2
  • Black pepper 15
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Water 2 cups

For Sauce:

  • Maida 3 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Crushed mustard seeds 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinated beef with all ingredients.
  2. Now shred it and fry in 3 tbsp oil with red chili powder and salt for 2-3 minutes.
  3. For sauce: Add all ingredients in pan and cook until sauce is thick.
  4. For serving: Cut burger buns from center and toast in oil on tawa.
  5. Now spread sauce, keep cucumber slice, meat and salad leaves, cover with second part of bun and serve.

Mustard Beef Burger is amazing burger. The flavor of meat is juice. Stuffed in buns with vegetable & sauce and served with sauce & french fries.
