Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped almonds 10
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 3 cups
  • Finely chopped pistachios 10
  • Water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat ghee and put sugar with cardamom.
  2. When aroma comes, put vermicelli, roast it and take out in thali.
  3. Now put sugar and water in pot, cook it, put roasted vermicelli, almonds and pistachios and simmer it on low flame.
  4. When water dries, take out in dish and serve.

Seviyon Ka Zarda is delicious sweet dish. It is cooked in ghee. You must try this sweet dish at home.
