Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. Saute beef with garlic, salt and black pepper and leave it on room temperature.
  2. Put maida, gram flour, salt, cumin and sauteed mince in bowl and mix it nicely.
  3. Add water as required, make dough and leave it for few minutes.
  4. Now roll dough like chapati, cut into desired shape, deep fry until golden brown and serve.

Beef Crackers is amazing snack dish. Dough is prepared with beef mince, maida & gram flour, cut into desired shaped and deep fried. Served with sauce or dip.
