Vegetable Roast

Ingredients:

  • Mixed vegetables 500 gm
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put mix vegetables, lemon juice, oyster sauce, vinegar, black pepper, oil, mustard powder and salt in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now grease oven tray with oil and put all vegetables on tray.
  3. Put remaining mixture on top.
  4. Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  5. Then take it out, brush with butter, take it out, sprinkle black pepper and serve.

Vegetable Roast is healthy dish. It is prepared with mix vegetables and baked in oven. You must try this vegetable dish at home.
