Bondi Methi Ki Tarkari

Ingredients:
- Bondi 200 gm
- Onion slice 1 big
- Whipped yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion.
- When light golden, add ginger garlic, red chili powder, turmeric, fenugreek leaves, salt and little water.
- When water comes up, put yogurt, fry for 3 minutes, put 1-1/2 cup water and cook until mixture remains half.
- Then add bondi and simmer it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
