Bondi Methi Ki Tarkari

Ingredients:

  • Bondi 200 gm
  • Onion slice 1 big
  • Whipped yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion.
  2. When light golden, add ginger garlic, red chili powder, turmeric, fenugreek leaves, salt and little water.
  3. When water comes up, put yogurt, fry for 3 minutes, put 1-1/2 cup water and cook until mixture remains half.
  4. Then add bondi and simmer it.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
