Badami Doodh Jalebi

Ingredients:

  • Jalebi 1/2 kg
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Egg whites 2
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Sugar as required
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds 100 gm

Method:

  1. Put saffron, sugar and cardamom powder in milk and cook on low flame.
  2. Now spread jalebi on dish.
  3. Put cooked milk.
  4. Then put beaten egg whites in milk.
  5. Then put khoya and almonds on 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Badami doodh jalebi is ready.

Badami Doodh Jalebi is delicious sweet dish. It is baked in oven. You must try this new sweet dish at home.
