Daal Murgh Karahi

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Black lentils (Masoor daal) 250 gm
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Chopped garlic 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Almonds 10
- Green chilies 3
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry chicken.
- Now put red chili powder, salt, turmeric, cumin, mustard and water and cover for 10 minutes.
- When chicken tender, add black lentils and lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then put green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Now take out in dish, put almonds and cream.
- Then heat butter and fry garlic.
- When aroma comes, put on daal.
- Daal murgh karahi is ready.
Daal Murgh Karahi is amazing dish. Its flavors are delicious. It is prepared with black lentils. Served with hot naan.
