Ingredients:
- Beet root 1/2 kg
- Unpeeled garlic 6 cloves
- Peeled & garlic chopped 8 cloves
- Whole red chilies 8
- Salt to taste
- Dried raw mangoes 6
- Green chilies 4-6
- Mustard oil 1 cup
Method:
- Peel beet root, cut into finely, also cut leaves and mix together.
- Then wash it nicely, put unpeeled garlic, whole red chilies and salt and boil without water.
- When water dries, crush beet root.
- Now heat mustard oil in wok, put peeled & chopped garlic, fry until golden brown and add boiled beet root.
- Then put raw mangoes and roast it nicely.
- It is ready.
Chukandar Ki Sabzi is amazing vegetable dish. Beet root is cooked in mustard oil and served with roti. Make this vegetable dish.
