Chukandar Ki Sabzi

Ingredients:

  • Beet root 1/2 kg
  • Unpeeled garlic 6 cloves
  • Peeled & garlic chopped 8 cloves
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Dried raw mangoes 6
  • Green chilies 4-6
  • Mustard oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Peel beet root, cut into finely, also cut leaves and mix together.
  2. Then wash it nicely, put unpeeled garlic, whole red chilies and salt and boil without water.
  3. When water dries, crush beet root.
  4. Now heat mustard oil in wok, put peeled & chopped garlic, fry until golden brown and add boiled beet root.
  5. Then put raw mangoes and roast it nicely.
  6. It is ready.

Chukandar Ki Sabzi is amazing vegetable dish. Beet root is cooked in mustard oil and served with roti. Make this vegetable dish.
