Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tandoori masala as required
- Lettuce leaves 3-4
- Tomatoes 1-2
- Onions 1-2
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix ginger garlic paste in tandoori masala and marinate chicken with it nicely.
- Now steam chicken first and then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C.
- Then take it out and serve with lettuce leaves, tomatoes and onions.
