Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala as required
  • Lettuce leaves 3-4
  • Tomatoes 1-2
  • Onions 1-2
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix ginger garlic paste in tandoori masala and marinate chicken with it nicely.
  2. Now steam chicken first and then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C.
  3. Then take it out and serve with lettuce leaves, tomatoes and onions.

Tandoori Chicken is delicious dish. It is easy & simple recipe to make. It is steamed and then baked. It is served with hot roti and raita.
