Ingredients:
- Chicken (leg & breast joint) 1
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 2 hours.
- Now BBQ it or bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Then give smoke of coal and serve with naan.
African Tikka is amazing dish. Chicken is marinated, baked in oven and then smoke of coal is given. You can BBQ it. Served with naan and raita.
