Ingredients:
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Eggs 4
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Bread slices 2
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Rose water 2 tbsp
- Almonds & Pistachios 2 tbsp
Method:
- Blend milk, eggs, sugar, bread slices, saffron, cardamom powder and rose water.
- Now put in baking tray.
- Then sprinkle almonds and pistachios and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Serve cold or hot.
