Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Onion chopped 2
- Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Curd beaten 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry mutton until brown.
- Now take it out and keep it aside.
- Now fry onion until light golden.
- Then put ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, salt, red chili powder and curd and roast masalay for 5 minutes.
- Add water to protect from burn.
- Then cover it and cook in pressure cooker for 15 minutes till meat tender and gravy is thick.
- Then put all spice and take out meat.
