Coated Chicken & Chips

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Maida 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for fry

For French Fries:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Put lemon juice and salt on chicken breast.
  2. Now put rice flour, black pepper, salt, red chili powder, garlic and maida in bowl, mix with water and spread on one chicken piece.
  3. Then put other piece of chicken and spread mixture.
  4. Then keep third piece of chicken and spread mixture.
  5. Now put water in pot, keep chicken, stream for 30 minutes and cool it.
  6. Then coat with eggs and bread crumbs and fry it.
  7. For french fries: Cut potatoes into french fries style.
  8. Now put egg, black pepper and salt.
  9. Then coat with corn flour and deep fry in oil.
  10. Serve coated chicken & chips.

Coated Chicken & Chips is crunchy dish. It is similar to broast dish. Chicken is coated, fried and served with coated french fries and dip.
