Swedish Porridge

Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 cup
- Almonds 8
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 5 tbsp
- Milk 2-1/2 cups
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Boil almonds slightly, peel it and grind it.
- Boil 2 cup water in big saucepan.
- Now add rice and cook until half done without covering it.
- Then strain rice.
- Add rice, milk, salt and sugar with milk in rice and mix it.
- Now keep this mixture on double boiler, cover it and cook until is ready and milk is cooked.
- Then sprinkle cinnamon, remaining sugar and grinded almonds, put on serving dish and serve with cold milk.
