Juicy Beef Pasta

Ingredients:
- Undercut beef 1/2 kg
- Boiled noodles 1 packet
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Mustard paste 2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
For Sauce:
- Capsicum 2
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Stock 1 cup
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
Method:
- Cut beef into long thin stripes, marinate with garlic, black pepper, vinegar, mustard paste, oil and salt for 30 minutes.
- Now put marinated beef in pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- When meat tender, dry water and close stove.
- For sauce: Put stock in pot.
- Then add soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar.
- When it boils, put boiled noodles and close stove.
- Then put capsicum, onion and tomato.
- Now take out beef stripes in platter, put sauce on top and serve.
