Palak Aur Daal Cutlets

Ingredients:
- Spinach 1 cup
- Chana daal 1-1/2 cups
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Green chilies crushed 6
- Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
- White cumin (crushed & ground) 1 tsp
- Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Bread slices 2
- Egg whites 2
- Oil as required
Method:
- Wash spinach and chop it finely.
- Then soak in turmeric water for 5 minutes.
- Now wash chana daal with lukewarm water and soak it.
- Then drain water, put lukewarm again and boil it.
- Remember it daal should be tendered.
- Then cool daal, mix bread slices and chop in chopper.
- Now drain water of spinach, steam it and dry water.
- Then add spinach in daal, mix red chilies, black pepper, cumin, green chilies, coriander leaves and rice flour and mix it nicely.
- Then make cutlets, dip in egg whites and deep fry in hot oil.
- When golden, take it out and keep on tissue.
- Serve palak aur daal cutlets with imli ki chutney.
Palak Aur Daal Cutlets is delicious kabab. The combination of spinach & chana daal is amazing. Served with raita or sauce or chutney.
