Double Jelly Trifle

Ingredients:

• Plain cake 1 pound
• Banana jelly 1 packet
• Vanilla custard 1 liter
• Strawberry jelly 1 packet
• Fruit cocktail 1 tin

For Custard:

• Milk 1 liter
• Custard powder 3 tbsp
• Vanilla 1/2 tsp
• Condensed milk 1/2 tin
• Cream 4 tbsp
  

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients of custard, boil it and stir it until custard is thick.
2. Now make 1 layer of cake and spread fruit cocktail.
3. Then decorate with banana jelly, custard, strawberry jelly and cream and serve.
