Chops With Potatoes

Ingredients:
- Mutton chops 1 kg
- Boiled & peeled potatoes 1 kg
- Cottage cheese 250 gm
- Bread crumbs 250 gm
- Eggs 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped green chilies 2
- Chicken stock cube 1 tbsp
- Gram flour 1 pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate mutton chops with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper and salt for 30 minutes.
- Now put chops in shallow pan and cook in oil on low flame.
- Then remove from stove and cool it.
- Now mash potatoes, put mixture of cottage cheese, salt, green chilies, black pepper and stock cube and mix it.
- Then put this mixture on each chops mutton portion.
- Now dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs and fry on low flame until golden brown.
- Sprinkle gram flour and serve hot.
Chops With Potatoes is wonderful dish. Mutton chops is marinated, topped with potatoes & cheese mixture, coated with bread crumbs and fried. It is served with sauce or ketchup
