Chops With Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1 kg
  • Boiled & peeled potatoes 1 kg
  • Cottage cheese 250 gm
  • Bread crumbs 250 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilies 2
  • Chicken stock cube 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 pinch
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate mutton chops with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put chops in shallow pan and cook in oil on low flame.
  3. Then remove from stove and cool it.
  4. Now mash potatoes, put mixture of cottage cheese, salt, green chilies, black pepper and stock cube and mix it.
  5. Then put this mixture on each chops mutton portion.
  6. Now dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs and fry on low flame until golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle gram flour and serve hot.

Chops With Potatoes is wonderful dish. Mutton chops is marinated, topped with potatoes & cheese mixture, coated with bread crumbs and fried. It is served with sauce or ketchup
