Ingredients:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemons 2
- Capsicum cubes 2
- Round finely chopped carrot 1
- Curry leaves few
- Finely chopped green onion 2
- Green chilies 4
- Cottage cheese cubes 1 packet
For Bhagar:
- Whole red chilies 6
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Chopped whole coriander 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
Method:
- Sieve gram flour and mix in yogurt nicely.
- Now add red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and water and make sure water should not be to much.
- For bhagar: Put all ingredients in wok, roast it slightly without oil and put sieved masala gram flour.
- When 1 boils comes, put salt.
- Then heat oil in frying pan, fry cottage cheese slightly and put in wok.
- Then fry capsicum, carrot and green onion slightly and add it.
- Also put curry leaves, green chilies and lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Serve with plain rice.
