Methi Aur Besan Kay Parathay

Ingredients:

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Green chilies 10
  • Garlic 10 cloves
  • Fenugreek leaves 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Ghee for fry

Method:

  1. Put green chilies, fenugreek leaves, salt, coriander leaves, garlic, cumin, whole coriander, pomegranate seeds and water in blender, blend it and make chutney.
  2. Now add in maida and gram flour, knead it and make roti.
  3. Then heat ghee on tawa and fry it.

Methi Aur Besan Kay Parathay is tasty & little bit spicy parathay. It is prepared with fenugreek leaves. You can add some more ingredients.
