Methi Aur Besan Kay Parathay

Ingredients:
- Maida 2 cups
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Green chilies 10
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Fenugreek leaves 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
- Ghee for fry
Method:
- Put green chilies, fenugreek leaves, salt, coriander leaves, garlic, cumin, whole coriander, pomegranate seeds and water in blender, blend it and make chutney.
- Now add in maida and gram flour, knead it and make roti.
- Then heat ghee on tawa and fry it.
Methi Aur Besan Kay Parathay is tasty & little bit spicy parathay. It is prepared with fenugreek leaves. You can add some more ingredients.
