Boti Fry Masala

Ingredients:
- Boneless beef 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Chopped onion 2
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Cloves 6
- Black pepper 8
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Big cardamom 1
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1-1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Ground fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in wok and put beef pieces.
- Now put onion and fry it.
- Then add all spice, garlic and ginger, fry for 3-4 minutes, put 1 cup water, cover it and cook it.
- Meat tender, put tomatoes, yogurt, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, coriander, salt, red chili, turmeric and fennel and cover it again on low flame.
- Then put coriander leaves, green chilies and all spice and serve with naan.
Boti Fry Masala is tasty dish. Beef boneless is used in this recipe. You can use mutton also. It is served with naan and raita.
